Our workshops range from half-day intensives (approximately four hours of facilitated content) to multi-week blended programmes that combine live sessions with online modules and one-on-one coaching. The most popular format is a two-day on-site intensive followed by a coaching check-in four weeks later, which gives participants time to apply what they have learned and then reflect on progress with their facilitator.

We recommend between 8 and 20 participants for interactive workshops. Smaller groups (8–12) allow for deeper individual attention and are ideal for senior executive sessions, while groups of 12–20 still permit rich discussion and varied perspectives. For larger cohorts we can run parallel breakout groups with multiple facilitators to maintain quality.

Absolutely. While our home base is in New South Wales, we facilitate workshops in every Australian state and territory. We also offer fully virtual delivery for interstate and international teams, using interactive platforms that replicate the engagement of an in-person session as closely as possible.

Pricing depends on the programme length, group size, level of customisation and whether travel is required. A half-day workshop for up to 15 people typically starts from AUD $3,500, while a comprehensive multi-week programme with coaching may range from AUD $12,000 to $25,000. We provide a detailed, transparent quote after our initial discovery conversation so there are no surprises.

Yes — in fact, customisation is a core part of our approach. During the discovery phase we interview key stakeholders, review your strategic priorities and understand the specific challenges your leaders face. We then tailor case studies, role-plays and discussion prompts to reflect your industry context, whether that is healthcare, financial services, technology, education or government.

Our facilitators hold postgraduate qualifications in organisational psychology, adult education or business strategy. Many are accredited in psychometric tools such as the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, DISC and the Leadership Circle Profile. Beyond credentials, every facilitator has at least ten years of leadership experience in corporate or public-sector roles, so they bring genuine empathy and practical insight to every session.

We use a multi-level evaluation framework inspired by the Kirkpatrick model. Immediately after the workshop, participants complete a reaction survey. At the 30-day mark, we assess behavioural change through a brief self-assessment and optional 360-degree feedback. For longer programmes we work with your HR team to track business-level metrics such as engagement scores, retention rates or project delivery timelines.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee of up to 50 % of the programme cost to cover preparation and facilitator scheduling. If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative date at no extra charge or a full refund.

Yes. Every participant receives a digital toolkit that includes the frameworks covered, a personal action-plan template and curated reading recommendations. For multi-week programmes, we also provide access to an online learning portal with video recaps, reflection exercises and peer discussion forums that remain available for 12 months after the programme concludes.
